Contest Rules & Guidelines

Rules
- $30 + tax (per child) includes portrait session, contest entry and minimally retouched 4x6 portrait.
- 4x6s will be minimally retouched for skin blemishes such as scratches.
- $30 + tax (per child) is collected on a credit card the day the appointment is scheduled over the phone.
- This fee is non-refundable.
- Group portraits can be taken of siblings for an additional $30 + tax per group. You will also receive
a minimally retouched 4x6 of the group.
- You will be given the opportunity to pick your contest image and purchase more portraits immediately following your portrait session.
- Individual portraits will be used for contest. Group portraits will not be a part of the contest.
- All contestants must sign a model release form prior to the portraits being taken.
- Must show up for your appointment ON TIME, dressed and ready to go!
- Expect to be at the studio for 1 hour or less per session, this includes viewing your portraits.
- Voting will be online at www.beverlytoves.com and in-store. One vote per purchase at Chick-fil-A.
- To vote in Chick-fil-A, use the back of your receipt and write your image # clearly on the back.
- The 3 children with the most votes (online and in-store) will be chosen as the models for decorating the walls of Central Park Chick-fil-A!

Dates & Timelines
-  Children will be photographed from March 15-31st by pre-paid appointments only.
-  5-8 images will be available for viewing and selection immediately following the session.
-  The contest image will be the same image as your 4x6 choice.
-  Contest images should be displayed at Chick-fil-A and online for voting by Tuesday April 12th.
- Online and in-store voting runs from Wednesday April 13th – Saturday April 30th.
- Your 4x6 and additional orders will be available at the studio for pick up in mid-May. We will call you and schedule your pick up time as soon as the portraits arrive.
- Winners will be notified via email when their portraits are on the walls at Central Park Chick-fil-A!

Suggestions for clothing…
- Beverly’s photography style is timeless and beautiful. Each portrait will be a work of art. You will enjoy these portraits for years and years to come so think very seriously about what you dress your children in. We suggest you put your children in solid colors that compliment their skin tones, hair color, etc.

- You may want to think about your home and the color scheme (warm or cool colors) and decoration style (formal, casual) and dress your child to match. Think of these portraits as photographic art and use them to decorate the walls in your home.

- Of course you can always ask us for our suggestions!
